Not more leads at any cost. More riders who fit your service, your price and your available capacity.

A clearer business and a practical way to grow it.

01

Positioning and Offer One-Pager

The decisions that give every rider-facing page the same direction.

  • The rider you want more of
  • The problem, outcome and proof you can stand behind
  • Your primary offer, delivery and price
  • The next step you want a rider to take

Use it to write: your Found profile, website, offer page, referral message and sales conversation.

02

Client Acquisition Plan

The partnerships, content and booking path you will use for the next 90 days.

  • Priority partner categories and named opportunities
  • Your original, search-led and outlier-led content mix
  • The path from discovery to trust, booking and follow-up
  • The first 90 days in a realistic order

Use it to decide: what to do, what to ignore and where your limited marketing time goes next.

Thirty days to build it. Ninety days to put it to work.

You supply the facts and make the decisions with me. I lead the process, draft both documents and revise them with you.

  1. 00

    Send what exists

A short intake, your profile, website, offer, prices and current marketing.

  2. 01

    Decide the offer

Session one. I draft the Positioning and Offer One-Pager; you correct it.

  3. 02

    Decide acquisition

Session two. I draft the Client Acquisition Plan; you correct it.

  4. 03

    Finish the work

Session three. We finalise both documents and order the first 90 days.

Your work: the intake, focused decisions and two rounds of corrections—roughly three to four focused hours outside the sessions.

My work: the starting-point review, three 60-minute sessions, both drafts, two written reviews and the final versions.

For established providers ready to win more right-fit clients.

This is business coaching for fitness professionals whose work is built around cycling: coaches, bike fitters, performance testers and other specialists helping riders improve.

This works best when you already have paying clients and some attention—but the wrong riders keep arriving, the delivery keeps becoming bespoke, or nobody can tell which service to choose.

  • Established cycling coach, fitter, tester or specialist
  • Ready to choose one primary rider and offer
  • Ready to implement the decisions after the project

Not yet: if you have no paying clients, want a website built for you, or need advertising and guaranteed leads.

Do the agreed 90-day work. If it produces no new right-fit client, we keep working.

I will audit what happened, revise the weakest part of the plan and run one additional working session with you at no charge.

We define “right-fit client” and the required actions together in the final plan. You implement them and keep a simple weekly record. The remedy is the audit, revised 30-day plan and additional session—not a refund for completed work.

Who actually writes the two documents?

I draft both. You supply the facts, make the decisions with me and correct anything that is wrong, generic or impossible for your capacity. You do not leave the sessions with two blank templates.

Is this just three coaching calls?

No. The calls are working sessions inside one defined project. The product is the two finished documents and the decisions behind them.

How much homework is there?

Plan for roughly three to four focused hours outside the sessions. That covers the intake, checking both drafts and making the final decisions. Publishing pages or technical website work is separate.

Does this get me higher up Found’s results?

No. Found’s directory order is factual and paying me cannot change it. This project changes what a rider understands when they reach your profile, website or offer.

Will you build my website or run the marketing?

No. You leave with the brief and plan, but design, development, advertising and ongoing content production are not included. The decisions will be clear enough for you or a specialist to implement.

How much access to Damian is included?

The starting-point review, three 60-minute sessions and two written reviews of the documents. There is no unlimited messaging or open-ended support.

What does the 90-day client promise require?

Complete the agreed actions within 90 days and keep the simple weekly record defined in your plan. If no new right-fit client results, I review the evidence, revise the weakest part of the plan and run one additional session at no charge.

Why is there no sales call?

The page gives you the scope, price, work and boundaries. Another call would delay the project without changing much. If you still need a call to decide whether it fits, do not buy it yet—start with the free guide and your Found profile.

I was good at coaching before I was good at making the business clear.

I have spent 14 years building a cycling coaching business while doing the actual coaching. Found is the system I wish I had when the service was good but riders still needed too much help to understand why it was for them.
