Best match uses these factors, in this order.

How closely the provider’s name, place, disciplines and confirmed services match what the rider searched for.

Profile completeness
A complete profile has a useful location, multiple confirmed service details, current information, approved photography and a working website and enquiry path.

Provider confirmation
An authorised representative has checked the listing. This is separate from Found checking public information.

Information freshness
More recently checked information comes before older information when the earlier factors are equal.

Name
Alphabetical order is only the final tie-break, not the default advantage.
